We accept returns within 7 days of delivery or 30 days from order date, whichever comes last.
Am I eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All part bags must be sealed and in original packaging
- Returns must be sent via a tracked shipping method
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- MOC products (indicated in their product description)
- Sale items
How to initiate a return
1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review and provide instructions.
3. Ship the item using a tracked method — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within a few business days to your original payment method.
Important notes
- If customs fees are charged on your return, these will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
