You can pause, skip a month or cancel at any time from your 24builds® account. There's no minimum commitment.

How to manage your subscription

1. Log in to your account on 24builds.com.
2. Open the subscription section.
3. Choose pause, skip or cancel, or update your payment method or delivery address.

Changes apply from your next billing date. To avoid the next charge, make the change before that date. If a monthly payment has already been taken, that month's order follows our standard cancellation rule: it can only be cancelled within 24 hours. See How can I cancel my order?

What if I receive the same model twice?

Our system is designed to prevent repeats. If it happens, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of both sets, and we'll send you a different set at no extra cost.

If anything in your account doesn't work as expected, email [email protected] and we'll make the change for you.
