Missing pieces are uncommon but do happen.
Before reaching out, please:
1. Check all bags thoroughly — pieces can hide in the folds or corners of packaging
2. Check the floor and surrounding area — small pieces can fall out during unboxing
3. Check your instructions — confirm which specific piece or pieces are missing or look different from what's shown
How we resolve it
Depending on the situation, here's how we handle it:
- Missing pieces → we send the replacement pieces directly to you
- Defective piece (broken, wrong colour, misshapen) → we send a replacement
- Many missing pieces → we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the case
What to send us
Email [email protected] with:
1. 📦 Your order number
2. 🧱 Name of the set
3. 📸 A photo of your instructions with the missing or defective piece clearly marked
4. 🔢 Piece number if shown in your instructions
5. 📸 A photo of the pieces you did receive (optional but speeds up the process)
