How to track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the tracking page.

My tracking link isn't working

Tracking numbers can take up to 48–72 hours to update after your order leaves our warehouse. 

This is normal — your order is on its way even if the tracking page doesn't show any movement yet.

I haven't received a tracking email

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll resend it.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days

24builds ships from international warehouses to avoid customs duties for our customers. Once your order clears customs, tracking updates will resume. 

This process can take a few days depending on your country.

If tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days, contact us at [email protected] and we'll investigate with the courier.
