Don't panic — this happens more often than you'd think
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your parcel, please follow these steps before contacting us:
1. Check around your property — couriers often leave parcels in a safe spot such as a porch, garage, or side entrance.
2. Ask your neighbours — the parcel may have been left with someone nearby
3. Check with other household members — someone else may have received it without telling you
4. Wait 24 hours — occasionally tracking updates before the parcel has actually been delivered
Still can't find it?
If you've completed all the steps above and still haven't received your order, please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Your full delivery address
- Confirmation that you've checked with neighbours and around your property
We'll open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated.
Important
Please report missing deliveries within 7 days of the tracking showing "Delivered" so we can act within the courier's claim window.
