Batteries are subject to specific transport rules in each country, so they often have to travel on a different route and may arrive a few days before or after the rest of the set. Both parcels are listed in your shipping confirmation emails.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">If part of your order has arrived and the rest hasn&apos;t, check every tracking link in your shipping confirmation emails before contacting us. If an item has no tracking number after 7 working days, or a parcel arrives without an item it should contain, email us a photo of the packing slip and we&apos;ll arrange the missing item.</span></p>
